Welcome to the British-American Business Council Miami. Please explore our website to learn about our mission and activities
BABC-Miami members enjoy access to business, trade, and social events around the Miami area and beyond. Our events include business talks with expert presenters, seminars, and business and social networking events, signature events such as our holiday party and King’s birthday celebration, and regular events organized together with partner organizations such as European and other allied chambers of commerce. We also facilitate access to British-American Business Network events, including the annual Transatlantic Business Conference including roundtables, plenary sessions, and networking receptions featuring business executives and government representatives involved in trade and investment on both sides of the Atlantic.
Access to the right connections, markets, influence and intelligence provides the key to business success. High quality access—on both sides of the Atlantic—is at the heart of the business advantage we offer. BABC Miami is a member of the British-American Business Network, the largest transatlantic business network, with 23 chapters based in major cities and business hubs throughout North America and the United Kingdom, and over 2,000 member companies ranging from large multinationals through middle market and smaller companies. Join us to enjoy access to our network, and to expand your personal and business connections across Miami and around the world.
As an independent non-profit organization, BABC-Miami enjoys productive working relations with the United Kingdom Government. BABC Members receive assistance and direction with regard to the services provided by His Majesty’s Government through the UK Trade & Investment Group, both in the UK and through diplomatic posts overseas, including the Miami Consulate. BABC also have access to referrals across the BABN network, as well as access to the broad network of bilateral British chambers of commerce across North America, the United Kingdom, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
